我終於成功的做出好吃的義大利麵了!!(可喜可賀)

我是一個標準的義大利麵控

超級喜歡義大利麵(especially spaghetti!!!!)

I can eat all kinds of pasta even those sucks pasta in school cafeteria!

I tried making it at home for 3 times.

First of all, I made a spaghetti bolognese.

It is a classic one of pasta, some people even said that it is the easiest one to make it!

Unfortunately, I failed.

The reason is, I used Turkey ground instead of beef ground, also, I used the instant tomato sauce rather than the "real" tomato sauce.

It was too awful that I could barely eat it, not to mention "foody" Joe. = =

The second time I made pasta was bacon spaghetti.

It was a easy one, too. It just needed onion, bacon, and spaghetti....?  (I forgot the exact ingredients, it was loooooooooong time ago.)

That pasta was not bad, but not good enough to be called delicious!

So.....I stop trying making pastas at home.


Several days ago, I saw the 型男大主廚 on youtube.

James shows how to make garlic seafood spaghetti on the show.

It made me want to make pasta again.

So I bought all the ingredients except basil and baby clam( I can't find any baby clam in all the supermarkets in Seattle. :( ) 

Following all the steps on the TV show, I finally made a delicious pasta for us!!!

I was so proud of that because Joe said it was really good! lol

(You know, it is hard to get his praises on foods!)


I will make it again for sure, and I want add some white wine and basil. 

I think it will become better better and better!  :D
